How do I make a booking
Simply contact us online or by phone, confirm your rental dates, and your booking will be secured once payment and documents are received.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept EFT and secure online payments. A refundable deposit is also required and will be returned after the rental if no costs are incurred.
What documents do I need?
A valid driver’s license, proof of ID or passport, and proof of address are required. International drivers may need additional paperwork.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our rentals are available from one day upwards, with flexible options for longer-term use.
Is my money refunded if I cancel?
Yes, cancellations within the specified time frame qualify for refunds. Conditions are explained in your rental agreement.
Who is responsible for fines and penalties?
Any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties during the rental period are your responsibility and may be deducted from your deposit.
What are the rules around alcohol and driving?
Driving under the influence is illegal and strictly forbidden. Breaching this condition will result in immediate cancellation of your rental and full liability for damages.
When can I collect or return the car?
Collection and return times are arranged when you book. Extended rentals can be requested if the vehicle is available.
Can I collect or return the vehicle at a different location?
Yes, with prior agreement. A delivery or collection fee may apply depending on distance.
What if the car is damaged?
You are responsible for any damage during your rental. Repairs may be covered by insurance, subject to an excess.
How does the handover process work?
We inspect the vehicle with you at the start and end of the rental. Both parties agree on its condition before and after use.

How many kilometres can I drive?
Each booking includes a daily mileage allowance. Extra kilometres are billed at a set rate.
What if the car is stolen?
Theft must be reported immediately to us and the police. Insurance applies, but you may still be liable for the excess.
Can other people drive the car?
Yes, as long as they are listed and approved as additional drivers on your rental agreement.
